A selection of Continuing Education classes are offered throughout the year on a variety of topics, including "Restoring the Caregiver," "Dementia Sensitivity Training," "Mental Illness: Myth vs. Reality." Due to our commitment to providing educational opportunities, CE sessions are offered free of charge to health care professionals.
Leadership Building/Deming Leadership Series
Pioneered by the late W. Edwards Deming, Total Quality Management (TQM) recognizes that good management identifies and builds on the competence and work ethic of all employees. TQM is a management style that focuses on processes and system development to address issues and implement changes.
The true foundation of Deming can work for any business. At the core of the Deming philosophy is the customer. Our job is to find ways to serve our customers better and empower employees to do their best.
